Items are available with a quantity of one or more. When no quantity of the item remains available, the item may continue to be listed in the Classifieds, Directory & Calendar, but no offers or purchases will be accepted.
Items listed in the Classifieds, Directory & Calendar may be available for you to make offers, or make an immediate purchase. Each item may offer one or a combination of these negotiation models.
If an item is available for immediate purchase at a fixed price, you may submit a purchase. You may not retract nor change your purchase and must conclude the transaction with the seller by making payment and receiving the item.
If an item is available for offers, and you submit an offer, the seller may choose to accept or decline your offer. If your offer is declined, you may make subsequent offers. If your offer is accepted, the offer becomes a binding purchase.
